Apply Pavement Markings - The City of Lowell is requesting bids for all labor and materials to apply pavement markings, as directed by the City, in conformance with all applicable portions of Section 860 of the MassHighway (MDOT) Standard Specifications. To assist the City in this effort, the City is issuing this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") to solicit responses from qualified Bidders who can meet the project requirements stated herein. The contract shall be: April 1, 2024 to Decemeber 1, 2024 with 2 one year options Question Deadline 02/08/2024 Any request for clarification to, or relief from, the specifications, must be submitted in writing to the attention of the assigned Buyer at the Purchasing Department's office no later than five (5) business days prior to the Due Date.
