The University of Massachusetts Lowell, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the South Power Plant Exterior Walls Repair at South Power Plant in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by GALE ASSOCIATES, INC. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women The Project consists of but not limited to: Selective concrete and brick exterior facade repairs. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
