Bituminous Cold Patch Mixes The Arenac County Road Commission Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids and to make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the County of Arenac. Any questions please contact the Arenac County Road Commission by phone at (989) 718-3250. This proposal shall be in effect for the period of March 1, 2024 to March 1, 2025. Bid prices may be extended for one (1) additional year by mutual consent of both parties. SPECIFICATIONS This proposal shall be for furnishing and delivering the annual requirements of Bituminous Cold Patch Mixes. Those materials delivered to Arenac County Road Commission at 4271 Airpark Dr., Standish, MI shall be a 50-ton Minimum order quantity. All materials must meet the Michigan Department of Transportation 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction. A space is provided for proprietary products that may be of use to the County Road Commission. With any inclusion of a proprietary product, a use and material safety data sheet must be included with the bid. Proposals will be submitted on this bid form in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside as to its contents.
