The City of Sulligent is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional A/E services required for infrastructure and projects associated with the American Rescue Plan Act, Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill, State Revolving Fund, HUDFunds including EDI, and other associated monies. The A/E firm will be selected on a 100- point rating system. Selection criteria will be based, but not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Experience with Federal/State Funded Projects 25 points 2. Professional Background and Personnel 25 points 3. Experience in Utility Infrastructure 25 points 4. Ability to Meet Schedules and Deadlines 25 points All professional A/E firms who consider themselves qualified are invited to submit a proposal. City of Sulligent reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal process.
