Site work for a water / sewer project in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
sealed bids will be received by the Town of Fuquay-Varina for the furnishing of all materials and construction of the Judd Parkway Waterline Extension. The Project consists of constructing approximately 1,650 LF of 16-inch water transmission main. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit with their Bids affidavits of "Good Faith Efforts" in the recruitment of small, minority, and women owned businesses. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidders must register with the Engineer via email to be included on the bidders list.
