Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a 119,000-square-foot, six-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI) has contracted Bird Construction Group to act as the Construction Manager to complete the Fredericton Justice Building located at 552 King Street in Fredericton, NB. This is a request for proposal (RFP) to perform either of the following scopes of work; - TP.01a Masonry - TP.01b Drywall & Acoustics - TP.01c Precast Concrete for the above-mentioned project and must be submitted directly to Bird Construction Group on behalf of The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI) as instructed in the RFP/Tender documents.
