This is a construction bid to remove existing pneumatic HVAC controls and replace said controls with digital controls in two separate bids. The first bid would be for the High School and the second bid would be for the Elementary School. The scope of work includes installation and all associated work. The Contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and must meet the requirements of all local, state, and federal statutes include prevailing wage and hiring preferences. Each bidder and Contractor is required to have a current and valid Montana Contractor's Registration and Montana Contractor's License, as applicable, in the proper classification for the work bid, and such registration and license must remain valid throughout the period of the contract. The successful bidder will furnish an approved Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract. The Contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and must meet the requirements of all local, state, and federal statutes include prevailing wage and hiring preferences.
