Provide and install furniture for two story building attached to or adjacent to Lombardi Recreation Center near the Sessions Basketball Performance Center. The initial project contemplated under this contract is the outfitting of locker rooms and athlete lounge spaces. Design services will consist of field measuring, CAD layouts, finish and mock-up samples (as required) for items specified as a Basis-of-Design (BOD) products, especially where deviations from the BOD product is being proposed. UNR will provide oversight and review of final product selections, finishes, and pricing for approval. Responder is responsible for all costs of materials, labor, software, delivery, tools, equipment and any other appurtenances necessary to provide, install, and warranty all furniture products. Aforementioned design services must be part of the proposed initial install pricing. No additional charges will be allowed for design fees. Preliminary conceptual furniture layouts are attached to this RFP and corresponding building CAD files can be provided for dealer use. These drawings show the approved preliminary layouts and approximate dimensions of the types of set-ups to be delivered. Please reference excel spreadsheet matrix for quantities, fabrics and/or finish requirements for individual items. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, installation is scheduled to start "August 19, 2024" and shall be fully complete by "August 30, 2024."
