All Authority properties including but not limited to: Office Buildings, Warehouses, Water Plants, Sewer Plants, Well Houses, Well Lots, Water Tanks, Water Pumping Stations, Sewer Lift Stations, Picnic Shelters etc. All Authority utility easements. Bids are to be submitted and the contract awarded on a unit price basic All litter such as paper, cans, bottles, branches etc. must be picked up after work is complete. ii. Work frequency shall depend on that the trees are not of sufficient quantity to detract from the overall site appearance, causing existing damage, or causing future damage. Clippings and wood chips shall be eliminated by whatever means are available to the Contractor and at no expense to the Owner. iii. Work shall be coordinated to prevent the depositing of debris into planters or flower beds. Any clippings or debris blown into these areas shall be removed immediately Tree Trimming and Removal Services shall be performed at times mutually agreed upon between Owner and Contractor. Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all local ordinances regarding working times. Contractor assumes all liability for complying with local ordinances. Any change to the established schedule must have prior approval of the Owner, and scheduled at the least disruptive time possible For each contract in excess of $100,000, at the time of or prior to the execution of the contract, the Authority requires the successful bidder to furnish a performance and/or labor and material payment bond, issued by a surety with corporate surety, satisfactory to the Authority, in the amount of the contract price. Employer's Liability: $100,000 Bodily Injury by Accident Each Occurrence $500,000 Bodily Injury by Disease (Policy Limit) $100,000 Bodily Injury by Disease Each Employee The Authority, to the extent allowable by applicable procurement law, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or proposals. The Authority also reserves the right to award the contract for any such materials, goods or services the Authority deems will best serve its interests. It is the intent of the Authority to establish a contract for a period of one (1) year with the option of renewing the contract after the first year on an annual basis for a maximum of three (3) years.
