Each proposal shall contain the full name and address of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The Board of Clark County Commissioners intends and requires that this project be completed in 75 calendar days, but no later than July 26, 2024. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio Products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Each bid for the Ravenwood Drive Box Culvert Replacement must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be in the full amount of the bid. The bond must be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Bid security furnished in the form of a certified check or cashier's check, shall be equal to 10% of the bid. Checks should be made payable to the Board of Clark County Commissioners. The successful bidder on any contract exceeding $100,000.00 requiring prevailing wages must submit its two most recent financial statements that have been compiled, reviewed or audited by a licensed Certified Public Accountant within seven days after bid opening date and must certify compliance with the County's financial requirements/tests and quality contracting standards (included in the bid documents). Bidders must comply with State of Ohio Prevailing Wage rates on Public Improvements Projects in Clark County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration.
