The Town of Halton Hills, on behalf of the Halton Co-operative Purchasing Group (herein referred to as the HCPG) invites qualified consultants to submit a proposal for the provision of consulting services to assist in the strategy development and the procurement of natural gas and electricity. The resulting consultant contract will be for a three-year term plus an option for up to two one-year extensions. Members of HCPG that will be participating in this Request for Proposal are the Region of Halton, City of Burlington and Town of Halton Hills. The successful Proponent will be working with the individual agencies to develop strategies for the procurement of electricity and natural gas. Please be advised that the Town of Halton Hills has recently transitioned to a two-envelope system for our RFP process, comprising a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal. In line with our commitment to fair and transparent Procurement practice, we request that all Proponent refrain from disclosing any pricing information in their Technical Proposal. Any mention of pricing within the Technical Proposal may lead to the disqualification of the Proponent's submission.
