Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Brantford, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 100,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, 307-space medical facility.
Construction of a new facility for the Lansdowne Children's Centre. Scope to include spaces for speech-language pathology; occupational therapy; physiotherapy; services for children and youth impacted by FASD; audiology; respite services; autism services; and services for children and youth with multiple and/or complex special needs. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal for architectural services has closed; whether or not an award had been made is unconfirmed. Owner submitted a rezoning application October 2025 and it remains under review. The City of Brantford has voted in favour of providing $2 million in financial support and the budget committee is exploring options to fund that. Further update may be confirmed late spring 2026.
