Site work and renovation of a civil project in Manhasset, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the Manhasset-Lakeville Water District, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, as a commitment by the bidder that, if its bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and to accept such bid which, in the opinion of the Owner, is in the best interests of the Owner. The purpose of the project is to abandon Well No. 1 and construct a permanent production well, Well No. 1A at the District's existing Searingtown Road Plant.
