The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to install new booster pumps at Pines Point Senior Residence, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. The City anticipates utilizing federal funds for this project thus this project will follow Federal Procurement guidelines, including Wage Determinations. This project will be funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). We urge all contractors to attend the scheduled meeting, as a separate or follow-up meeting may not be afforded to the requester due to scheduling and availability of staff to assist with any additional meetings. In addition, if making a request for a separate or follow-up meeting, contractors are urged to make these requests as early as possible This is a turn-key project, contractor is responsible for everything related to this job including drywall, concrete, stucco repairs, painting, trim work, and landscaping associated with their work and shall leave all working areas same or better condition than they were originally.
