Questions are due no later than 1 p.m. March 26, 2024 The location(s) the work is to be performed, completed, and managed is at the Forest Hills Neighborhood Clubhouse, 1639 University Drive, Durham, NC. A proposer's failure to submit their proposal before the deadline will cause their proposal to be disqualified. Late proposals or amendments will not be opened or accepted for evaluation. The contract term and work schedule set out herein represent the City's best estimate of the schedule that will be followed. If a component of this schedule, such as the opening date, is delayed, the rest of the schedule will be shifted by the same number of days. The length of the contract will be from the date of award, approximately April 8, 2024, for approximately 30 calendar days until completion, approximately May 10, 2024. Contract starts 4/8/24. The City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The City of Durham will not pay any cost associated with the preparation, submittal, presentation, or evaluation of any proposal. In order for their offers to be considered responsive, Proposer's must meet these minimum prior experience requirements: The Proposer's must provide a minimum of three (3) references for AV equipment installations that your company has been performing during the time period of June 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023. This information must be provided on the appropriate form in Section Six (6). References listed must be for AV Equipment installation of comparable size and specifications. A Bid Deposit will not be required. A Performance Bond will not be required. A Surety Deposit will not be required.
