Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in De Soto, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a 2,000,000 gallon composite elevated storage tank and appurtenances along with approximately 2,300 feet of 24-inch water main, security fencing, site parking, and an access road. Bids are requested for the following Contract: De Soto Water System Improvements - Elevated Storage Tank/10365905. Direct all questions to Scott Fleming at scott.fleming@hdrinc.com A Bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions.
