Renovation of a medical facility in Woodstock, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The County of McHenry seeks qualified design build firms to submit proposals to upgrade two fire sprinkler anti-freeze loop systems at the McHenry County Valley Hi Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility located at 2406 Hartland Road Woodstock II. Submit by E-Mail to submissions@mchenrycountyil.gov The sprinkler system is supplied from its own well and storage tank not connected to the domestic water system. The anti-freeze loop systems are installed in canopies in the SW front main entrance and NE courtyard entrance of the administration wing of the facility. Both anti-freeze loop systems need to be brought up to current code standards. The County wishes to have this work completed prior to August 31st, 2024. The successful contractor will need to submit plans, calculations, and material data sheets for review to the AHJ designated by Woodstock City. Fire Safety Consultants, Inc (FSCI) is the AHJ. Any changes to submitted plans and specs necessary for approval by the AHJ will not be considered for a change order. The contractor shall contain in their proposal any fees associated with the design review and close out of this contract
