**As of April 5,2024 project was awarded to Winwater of Akron, awarded amount is $2,075,771.83.** Ashtabula County Ami Water Meter Project Completion Date: 365 Days From Notice to Proceed This project will be funded by the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund Program as administered by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Water Development Authority. The Contractor shall note that there are Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals for this project. The current negotiated goals for construction related activities are 1.3% of all contracts to MBEs arid 1.0% of all contracts to WBEs.
