This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and performing all necessary labor for the Tuttle City Hall Roof Replacement. The City of Tuttle reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive formalities, technicalities or irregularities and to re-advertise if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. THE SCOPE OF SERVICE IS AS FOLLOWS: Remove existing roof which includes a modified bitumen top layer and 2 layers of ISO (approx. 80 squares.) Remove modified bitumen on all parapet walls (approx. 7 squares.) Remove all perimeter cap metal. Install 2 layers of 2" ISO board. Install 1 layer 1/2" cover board. Install 60 mil TPO mechanically attached. Fully adhere TPO to all parapet walls. Install TPO Scuppers Install crickets between and outside of scuppers along the north wall. Install new cap metal on all perimeters with clip system. Flash all penetrations per TPO specifications. Install approx. 350' of TPO walk pad to all packaged HVAC units. Provide a 20-year NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranty. The City reserves the right to make additions, deletions, revisions and / or otherwise modify the scope of services.
