Question Deadline 11/14/2024-Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the specifications or drawings shall be submitted in writing to the Owner through the Engineer at least seven (7) days prior to opening of bids to provide time for issuing and forwarding an addendum. Tuttle Lift Station Rehabilitation Site Directions: Site No. 1: Lift Station No. 1 located at S.H. 37, west of N. Richland Rd. Road entrance at northeast side of Tuttle First Assembly of God Church Site No. 2: Lagoon Lift Station located off of access road off of N. Gregory Rd south of W. Tyler Dr. This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and personnel to perform all necessary labor for the construction of the lift stations. This project is eligible for sales tax exemption. The following description, while not intended to cover all details, outlines some items of the work to be accomplished under this Contract: 1. Rehabilitation of one (1) lift station including replacing two (2) pumps, coating a manhole, replacing a manhole, construction of approximately 20 LF of 12-inch SDR 35 sanitary sewer, and construction of standby generator pad. 2. Rehabilitation of one (1) lift station including replacement of two (2) pumps, stop plates and weir, rail system, and discharge piping. Question Deadline 12/12/2024
