The City of Tuttle is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for a daily rate fee structure for various asphalt repair projects. The contractor will provide all equipment, labor, safety and warning signage, and traffic control necessary to complete designated repairs, coordinated for a minimum of 8 hours of work per project. The scope of work may include overlays, street patching, subgrade repairs, asphalt sealing, paint striping, and crack sealing. Respondents must submit one sealed original and one sealed copy of their bid, clearly marked on the envelope. Insurance certificates showing specific coverage amounts for general public liability and property damage, including vehicles, must be included. No bid bond or maintenance bond is required. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive formalities, technicalities, or irregularities.
