Site work for a water / sewer project in Dracut, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the cured-in-place lining of 5,075 linear feet of 24-inch diameter cross-country sewers, bypass pumping, service grouting or pre-lining if needed, tree/brush clearing, timber mat installation and all else incidental to complete the project. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid. Bidders may not withdraw their Bids for a period of thirty days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays after the actual date of the opening of the Bids. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders. The Town of Dracut reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities. Barbara O'Connor, Purchasing Agent.
