Site work for a mixed-use development in Dracut, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The project consists of constructing approximately 280 LF of precast concrete modular gravity retaining walls including demolition of existing walls, installation of new drainage, and installation of new landscaping. The engineer's estimate for the work is between $375,000 and $425,000. The anticipated project schedule is to start and complete construction about Spring 2024.
