https://www.dracutma.gov/845/Lakeview-Ave-Project The existing Lakeview Avenue Culvert located between properties #1046 and #1064 Lakeview Avenue requires replacement due to structural deficiencies and erosion of the surrounding headwalls and streambanks. These deficiencies could lead to future roadway failures and is a priority project for the Town. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The work under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited the replacement of the 7' by 5' CMP Lakeview Avenue Culvert, including furnishing and installing a custom 10' by 10' 3-sided pre-cast concrete culvert with foundation, MSE modular block headwalls and wingwalls, restoration of the surrounding streambed and its banks, bank stabilization, stream bypass and dewatering, drainage, water, and sewer replacements, road closure and road detour, site restoration, paving, and all appurtenances and incidental work necessary to complete the project. Estimated Cost $1,501,900.00
