There are two gates accessible only by Sunrise personnel. The pressure tank, interior piping, and pumps original to the pump station are nearing the end of their useful life and are to be replaced. Pump controls, also original to the pump station, are to be updated and replaced with the installation of new pumps. A flow meter is to be installed on the discharge line such that the pump station discharge can be monitored via SCADA. The current backup power system is obsolete and is to be replaced and upgraded to include a larger on-site propane tank and automatic start-up upon loss of power. General building maintenance including insulation replacement, adding interior sheathing, and asphalt roof replacement are to be completed in order to improve operator conditions and extend the useful life of the structure. Gutters are to be installed to divert rainfall runoff to a controlled downspout location to prevent erosion of the proposed gravel pathway.
