**As of March 22, 2024, the project was awarded to GT Excavating LLC, with an awarded amount of $142,056.00 .** Sunridge Booster Pump Station Rehabilitation. Est. Completion Date: May 3, 2024. From SE Highway 212, turn onto SE 215th Ct. Continue to near the top of SE 215th Ct. When facing 13700 SE 215th Ct, along the right-hand property line, continue down the asphalt driveway to the site. There are two gates accessible only by Sunrise personnel. The pressure tank, interior piping, and pumps original to the pump station are nearing the end of their useful life and are to be replaced. Pump controls, also original to the pump station, are to be updated and replaced with the installation of new pumps. A flow meter is to be installed on the discharge line such that the pump station discharge can be monitored via SCADA. The current backup power system is obsolete and is to be replaced and upgraded to include a larger on-site propane tank and automatic start-up upon loss of power. General building maintenance including insulation replacement, adding interior sheathing, and asphalt roof replacement are to be completed in order to improve operator conditions and extend the useful life of the structure. Gutters are to be installed to divert rainfall runoff to a controlled downspout location to prevent erosion of the proposed gravel pathway.
