Site work and paving for a road / highway in Damascus, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
SCOPE OF WORK: Construction of approximately 1,000 lineal feet of concrete and asphalt pathway along Douglas Way including approximately 750 feet of concrete curb, concrete curb ramps, and driveway reconstruction. The work also includes relocation of some underground utilities and new catch basins COMPLETION: Project Substantial Completion shall be August 18, 2023 and Project Final Completion shall be September 15, 2023. HOW TO REVIEW CONTRACT TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND SPECIFICATION: QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATION: Questions about meaning or intent of the Bid Documents shall be submitted to the Project Manager Heike Shipton, by email at hshipton@ci.oswego.or.us no later than 7 days prior to Bid Closing Time. Clarifications to the Bidding Documents will be made by addenda only. Oral statement may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
