Renovation of a mixed-use development in Madras, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction of District-wide secure vestibules Project estimate 700-900k. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Test and Balance Contractor to test existing airflows of GRD's shown in scope of work prior to the start of construction. Provide Report to Engineer and Owner. Test and Balance Contractor shall re-balance new or relocated GRD's to existing airflows after construction is complete. B. Examine the Contract Documents to become familiar with Project requirements and to discover conditions in systems designs that may preclude proper TAB of systems and equipment. C. Examine installed systems for balancing devices, such as test ports and manual volume dampers. Verify that locations of these balancing devices are applicable for intended purpose and are accessible. D. Examine the approved submittals for HVAC systems and equipment. E. Report deficiencies discovered before and during performance of TAB procedures. Observe and record system reactions to changes in conditions. Record default set points if different from indicated values.
