The City of Madras is seeking sealed bids for the South Wastewater Treatment Plant (SWWTP) Odor Control Project. The work includes, but is not limited to, construction of an odor control biofilter system including headworks channel aluminum covers, along with all associated earthwork, ductwork, piping, electrical modifications, building modifications, and associated improvements for a fully functioning odor control system for the Headworks Channel and Headworks Building at the City of Madrass South Wastewater Treatment Plant (SWWTP). Work shall be substantially completed by November 30, 2023. The project is a public works project subject to the state prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the federal prevailing wage rates under the Davis Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.) Technical questions regarding the project, or requests for clarification or change, should be directed to Justin Moman, Consor Senior Engineer, 503.225.9010 and must be received by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, June 8, 2023.
