Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Madras, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
This contract will be funded, in part, by a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration. As such, it will be subject to federal requirements. These include, but are not limited to: 1) Buy American Preference 2) Civil Rights-Title VI Assurances 3) Davis Bacon Requirements 4) Debarment and Suspension 5) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) 6) Federal Trade Restrictions 7) Lobbying Federal Employees 8) Recovered Materials. At this meeting, questions concerning the Contract Documents and the proposed work will be discussed. A tour of the project site will be conducted after the meeting.
