Remodeling of a library in Elwood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,864-square-foot library; and library.
The scope of work includes: Building out of an existing 1,864 square foot one story shell space, including new interior finishes, construct new Toilet Room, lighting, new HVAC system and ductwork, interior doors/frames. New concrete stoop with steps and ramp, new interior wheelchair lift. Prices quoted must remain firm and irrevocable for a minimum of 90 days from the date of bid opening. The Library reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any technicalities, discrepancies, or information in the bids. Tentative Construction Start: April 4, 2024, Construction Complete by: June 10, 2024
