PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY: The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to release a requirement to procure cemetery grounds maintenance services for the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery & Confederate Mound Burial Plot/Monument Located Within Oak Wood Cemetery via an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The IDIQ will be for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4), one-year option periods.
