Sarasota County will select a contractor to provide pump and motor maintenance services. The County anticipates an initial contract term of 3 years with the option to renew for 2 additional 1 year terms.. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements. Question Submission Deadline:July 15, 2024, 5:00pm. Any inquiries, suggestions or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the solicitation shall be submitted electronically The County may unilaterally extend a Term Contract up to ninety (90) days beyond the expiration date of the existing contract. The unit prices in effect on the last day of the contract shall remain in effect for the contract extension period.
