The California Governors Office of Emergency Services requires a Contractor to provide support with the ongoing maintenance of the Access and Functional Needs (AFN) Library, recently audited, updated, recategorized, and annotated. The newly refreshed AFN Library serves as a central location for collecting AFN-specific best practices, guidance documents, videos, academic research and papers, and more, on topics such as communication, planning guidance, sheltering, and, currently, COVID-19 planning. As such, the AFN Library requires ongoing maintenance, on a monthly and bi-annual basis, to assure this important resource continues to serve as a clearinghouse of updated, relevant information that is sorted categorically to be easily navigated by users. All services performed under this agreement shall be performed remotely/virtually. Deadline for Submittal of Questions :2/2/2024 Cal OES Response to Submitted Questions: 2/5/2024 No Subcontracting is allowable under this Agreement. Contract award resulting from the RFQ process will be to the responsive, responsible bidder with the lowest cost after application of any preference and/or incentives, if applicable. The period of performance for the Agreement shall be December 1, 2023, or upon approval, whichever is later, through November 30, 2024, with the option to extend for one (1) additional twelve (12) month term at the original rates evaluated and considered.
