MTO retains the exclusive right to change the scope of work for this Assignment by following the Change Order process specified in Section 3.7.3 of this RFQ Part A. Construction Contract 2023-2003 is located on Highway 400, from Hwy400/Hwy 12 interchange northerly for 5.3 kilometres. The highway bridge rehab Contract includes 6 structures with the following work: Grading, Granular Base, Hot Mix Paving, Drainage, and Structural Rehabilitation Contract 2004-2002 Hwy 400Fesserton Sideroad Overpasses - Site No. 30X-0457/B1 & 30X-0457/B2 Quarry Road Underpass - Site No. 30X-0353/B0 Port Severn Road Underpass - Site No. 30X-0440/B0 for 4.7km Contract. Construction Contract 2024-2002 is located on Highway 400, from Hwy 400/Fesserton road overpass and includes 2 underpasses at Quarry Road and Port Severn Road South. The highway bridge rehab contract includes 4 structures with the following work: Grading, Hot Mix Paving, Electrical, and Structural Rehabilitation.
