The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including upgrading breakers to GFPE, and all incidental construction at Lake Erie Metropark in Wayne County, Michigan. Complete sets of Bidding Documents shall be used in preparing bids. Neither the Owner nor its Consultants assume any responsibility for errors, omissions or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities and to make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
