Renovation of an educational facility in Goleta, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Description of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to replace seven (7) gas-electric rooftop AHUs with seven (7) heat pump units in like kind with minor ductwork modifications to facilitate the installation of the new units and new vibration isolation bases. The sheet metal caps below the rooftop units will also be replaced, all existing gas piping will be demolished and capped at roof entrance, all existing condensate piping on the roof will be replaced, as described in the Construction Documents. The work will be performed during the summer of 2024. For further information please contact University's Representative, Perrin Pellegrin at perrin@ucsb.edu Additional pre bid meeting note: Meeting attendees may attend the pre-bid conference and job walk remotely via Zoom, if desired. A subsequent, in-person job walk may be scheduled with the University Representative, upon request. Only bidders who participate in the initial (virtual or in-person) pre-bid conference, will be allowed to bid on the Project as a prime bidder. Only attendees as the original pre-bid conference will be permitted to schedule a subsequent site visit with the University Representative. Any prospective Bidder arriving after the above designated starting time may be disqualified from submitting a bid for this project
