Hamilton County will be responsible for all prep work required on a road prior to assignment of said road to the contractor. This would include, but is not limited to, milling, crack sealing, patching, subgrade replacement, etc. The County will also be responsible for reinstalling all permanent striping and traffic signage painted on the road surface after contractor has completed the resurfacing application. Hamilton County, Tennessee is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms for the purposes of establishing a one (1) year unit pricing contract with three (3) one-year renewal options for micro sealing and resurfacing treatment services, on an as-needed basis for the Hamilton County Highway Department as per specifications. The County reserves the right to award this service to multi-vendors, and furthermore, to divide the services among the awarded vendors as deemed in the best interest of the County.
