Renovation of a municipal facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Demolish the existing cooling plant pumps P-1, P-2 and recirc P-3, cooling piping within the mechanical room and serving P-3 recirc pump, valving and respective controls. .2 Supply and install new cooling pumps P-1, P-2, P-3, recirc P-4 and P-5, piping, valves and controls and make operational the cooling plant. .3 Demolish packaged units AHUN and AHUS including cooling piping, valving and controls. .4 Supply and install new packaged units AHUN and AHUS including cooling piping, valving and controls. .5 Demolish packaged APU-1 and return fan F-5 and controls. .6 Supply and install new packaged APU-1 and return fan F-5 and controls. .7 Demolish packaged APU-2, piping, valving and associated controls. .8 Supply and install new packaged APU-2, piping, valving and associated controls. .9 Demolish washroom exhaust fan F-6 and F-7 and controls. .10 Supply and install new exhaust fan F-6 and F-7 and controls.
