Site work and paving for a road / highway in Murray City, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This will involve resurfacing on South Railroad, Ward, and Henry streets. The largest portion of the street project will be the widening and straightening of the S-curve in the middle of the village. The Architecture/Engineering scope of work will include project design, preparation of bidding specifications and drawings, review of bids, pre- and post- construction meetings, construction oversight as required, and obtaining all necessary permits. The grant administrator will prepare the bidding/construction documents as specified in RFQ Packet. Project schedules and additional project-specific requirements are included in the full application. Applications may be obtained by contacting the Community Development Division at Hocking Athens Perry Community Action at 740-767- 4500. As required by Ohio Revised Code 153.65-71, firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications based on the evaluation factors listed in the full application. Representatives of Hocking County will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm. Please submit separate proposals for each project that your firm is interested in. Please also state the amount of time that your firm believes would be necessary to have project(s) designed. and ready to bid after initial date of Architectural / Engineering contract begins. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
