Galvanized, No-Lead Domestic Brass and Bronze Materials and Pipe Repair Products Inventory. The Authority will make every effort to order in large quantities, which are suitable for shipping; however, the bidder shall set no minimum quantities. The Authority has denoted some items on the bid sheets that will not be ordered in less than case quantity. The Authority will attempt to tie reorder levels to usage and the lead-time stated in this bid document. The awarded bidder will have a maximum delivery span of twenty (20) calendar days from the receipt of the purchase order. If the delivery is not made in this span of time, the Authority reserves the right to purchase the same item from another vendor with any additional cost over the original bid price to be paid by the original bidder. No receiving shall be done on holidays or weekends unless prior arrangements have been made with the Senior Procurement Specialist sealed bids for one calendar year from April 14, 2024 through April 13, 2025 for Galvanized, No-Lead Domestic Brass and Bronze Materials and Pipe Repair Products used for water and sewer maintenance and construction. The delivery price shall be firm for the calendar year. The Authority reserves the right to reject all bids or any bid that is non-responsive or submitted by a non responsible bidder. The Authority further reserves the right to waive technicalities and informalities in the Invitation for Bids and bids submitted.
