Fire Extinguisher/ Protection Services. All bidders must be reputable contractors in the State of Georgia and shall be required to maintain all requisite insurance. All contractor(s) awarded the project shall comply with all SAVE/E-Verify requirements. County is an equal opportunity for local government. The Cost Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope along with any other provided information to be submitted. The Cost Proposal sealed envelope must specify on its face the name FIRE PROTECTION and the verbiage COST PROPOSAL. The government entity reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted and to request additional information from all proposers. Any contract awarded will be awarded to the fire protection service, who, based upon evaluation of all proposals, is determined to have submitted the best proposal, considering both technical factors and cost. Either party reserves the right to terminate the awarded contract with or without cause by notifying the other in writing 30 days prior to the termination date. Written notice of termination must be sent via certified U.S. mail to the last known address of the recipient.
