Selected applicants will advance to the second-level application, marking the final level of the application process for their proposals. Notably, these grantees have pledged an additional estimated $26 million in matching funding. No Proponent may rely on any verbal response to any question submitted concerning this RFQ. The Proponent shall provide Outdoor Recreation Pool Concepts Design and Construction General Contracting for two outdoor pool systems, which shall include pools with retractable solid covers, splash pads, changing areas, and restroom facilities at Burdette and Cedar Grove Parks., as specified in this RFQ and Attachment A: Scope of Services (SOS) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Contract shall commence within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of written Notice to Proceed (NTP). Time is of the essence and delays outside of the approved schedule may be subject to liquidated damages of $500 per day for each day the completion is delayed. The City reserves the right to negotiate the fee and/or Scope of Services with the highest ranked Proposer.
