**As of March 19, 2024, project was awarded to Timberline Services, in the amount of $390,965.25.** The work consists of Installing 835 LF of 6" watermain, reconnecting sewer & water services, 303' of 8" sewer, replacing 2 manholes, pavement replacement and various incidental items. No bid may be considered unless accompanied by the required bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount which shall be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owners. Successful bidder will be required to provide payment and performance bonds in an amount of at least 100% of awarded contract price Est. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than six (6) days prior to the date for pening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
