**As of March 13, 2024, the project was awarded to Vinton Construction Company , with an awarded amount of $434,019.90.** ASPHALT PAVING - LINCOLN PARK TENNIS COURTS 1,2 & 3 REPAVING If you have any questions call (608) 266-6861 Site Address: 900 Quay Street City: Manitowoc County: Wisconsin State/Province: WI Site Directions: 1215 NORTH 8TH STREET, MANITOWOC WI 54220 This Contract consists of: Lincoln Park Tennis Courts 1, 2 & 3 Repaving: Work includes construction of a 4 ft high concrete retaining wall, pulverizing existing asphalt, storm inlet, storm sewer pipe, drain tile pipe, fine grading, 3" HMA pavement, 6" concrete sidewalk, 3" topsoil, seed, fertilizer, E-mat and water, Tennis Court Net Posts and Nets, Fences, Surfacing and Striping. The construction of the tennis courts will not be allowed to begin prior to May 20th in order to allow the boys high school tennis and middle school tennis seasons to be completed. The tennis courts must be completed and ready for use prior to a proposed tournament the first weekend in August and the Girls High School season and therefore the July 26th completion date. The Contractor shall furnish all of the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supplies for completing all work included in this Contract. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty.
