Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of April 1, 2024, the project was awarded to low bidder Vinton Construction Company, in the amount of $633,754.92.** Est. Completion Date: Oct. 25, 2024 This Contract consists of the following projects: 1. Reconstruction of MacArthur Drive from 150 feet west of Meadow Ct. to Dale St. Work includes the replacement of some Storm Sewers, Storm Manholes and Storm Inlets, Replacement of Sanitary Manhole Castings, Remove and Replace Defective Sections of 30" Concrete Curb and Gutter, Unclassified Excavation, Geo-Grid, 8" Breaker Run Stone, 8" C.A.B.C, 7" Concrete Pavement, Topsoil, Seed, and E-mat. 2. Reconstruction of Glenview Drive from Michigan Ave. to Seneca Lane. Work includes the replacement of some Storm Inlet Castings, Remove and Replace defective sections of 30" Concrete Curb and Gutter, Unclassified Excavation, Geo-Grid, 8" Breaker Run Stone, 8" C.A.B.C, 7" Concrete Pavement, Topsoil, Seed, and E-mat. The successful performance of theCONTRACT must be assured by a PERFORMANCE BOND executed by successful BIDDER in the full amount plus 10% of the CONTRACT on a form to be prepared by OWNER. Such BOND must also be executed by security BOND approved by the OWNER. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty.
