Energy Assistance OES - On-Call Gas Furnace Diagnostic & Repair This procurement if for an on-call HVAC contractor. There will be multiple jobs assigned as part of this procurement. The total of this contract will not exceed $50,000, including all fees and taxes. We will not be hosting a pre-bid walk-through for this procurement. Please bid based on information provided. We require that the prime contractor perform at least 75% of the work in this project. This is an on-call contract. Information on specific jobs will be provided to the winning bidder as it becomes available. Question Submission Deadline: February 6, 2024, 2:00pm Any questions bidders have with regard to the Statement of Work must be submitted to the County Point of Contact in writing. Workers shall receive no less than the prevailing rate of wage for their work on this locally funded project.
