Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

The project will consist of the Construction and restoration of key park amenities at Brookmeade Park which have deteriorated while the park was occupied by the unsheltered. Scope of work and project summary / requirements: * The Contractor shall erect and maintain erosion and sediment controls for the entire construction period and remove controls at the end of the project. * The Contractor shall erect and maintain tree protection fencing for the entire construction period and remove fencing at the end of the project. * The Contractor shall remove any debris and trash left over from the unsheltered. Extent shall be confirmed onsite with client representative and project Landscape Architect. * The Contractor to remove the existing wood lookout structure, including handrail and dispose of material in a legal manner. * The Contractor to remove the existing wood boardwalk structure, including handrail and dispose of material in a legal manner. * The Contractor to remove select portions of the existing asphalt greenway trail. Extent shall be confirmed onsite with client representative and project Landscape Architect prior to removal. Dispose of material in a legal manner. * The Contractor to saw cut and remove select portions of the existing concrete curbs around the ADA landings. Contractor to confirm extent with client representative and project Landscape Architect prior to removal. Dispose of material in a legal manner Contractor to rectify the existing land depression onsite (as shown on plans) by select minor grading of the area. * The Contractor to power wash and clean the existing greenway trail and apply sealant to the asphalt. * The Contractor shall remove the existing trailhead sign panel and dispose of legally. Contractor to coordinate with trailhead sign manufacturer for timing of installation of new sign.
