Title: NR-4 Shaker Building Roof Replacement and Repairs This project is scheduled for a date of June 30, 2023 for substantial completion and in general includes: Asphalt Shingle Roof Replacement and Repairs Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Division of Occupational Safety under the provisions of Sections 26 and 27, Chapter 149 of the General Laws. Wage rates are given in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid intent forms are due by Monday, February 5, 2024, 2:00PM Each general bid and filed sub-bid proposal must be secured by an accompanying deposit of 5% of the total bid amount, including all alternates, in the form of a bid bond, a certified, treasurer's, or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company made payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. (MBE/WBE) participation goal for this Contract is a combined goal of 10.4 %. The benchmark for SDVOBE participation on the Project is 3%.
