The Town of Milford Select Board is soliciting Bids for the Installation of Flooring at the Milford Police Station located at 250 Main Street, Milford, Massachusetts as set forth in the bid specifications. Bids are subject to M.G.L c.30 s39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 s26 to 27D inclusive. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in a bid, and to award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Milford.
