Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Worthington Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of June 5, 2024 the project was awarded to Wilks Site Prep, Inc for $159,223.74 Parking Lot Construction Project This project is for the construction of a new 17 stall parking lot for the Worthington Springs Community Center. The project will be utilizing 2" asphalt pavement for the lot using a lime rock base aggregate. Bid prices shall remain in effect for 90 days after bid opening. Recommendation of Bid Award The Engineer will recommend to the Worthington Springs Town Council that the contractor that submits the lowest responsive and responsible bid be awarded the construction contract
